The Shanghai - Wuzhen - Hangzhou tour route is a journey that combines modernity, antiquity and the poetic nature of Eastern China.
Starting in Shanghai - the most vibrant city in China, visitors visit the Bund, Dong Phuong Minh Chau TV tower and the bustling Nanjing pedestrian street.

In particular, Vietravel offers all tourists (under 80 years old) a Travel Insurance fee with a maximum compensation of up to 650,000,000 VND for life and up to 30,000,000 VND for luggage.

- DAN visa surcharge for Vietnamese nationals: 2,000,000 VND/visa.
- DAN visa surcharge for guests with American nationality is 4,500,000 VND/visa. Brazilian nationality is 3,700,000 VND/visa and other nationalities are 2,000,000 VND/visa.
- Expenses for rescheduling dates, changing routes, and upgrading air tickets. In case you do not use the leg of the group ticket on the tour, the remaining domestic (if any) and international legs will be canceled due to the airline's conditions.
- In case you only buy a land tour and the flight time does not coincide with the group's flight time. Please be self-sufficient to join the group on the day of arrival and self-sufficient to go to the airport on the day of return.
- Drinks (beer and alcohol during meals), telephone calls, laundry, excess baggage according to airline regulations.
- Medicine, hospital... and personal expenses of guests outside the program.
- Compensation for local tour guides and drivers is about 133,000 VND/day/person (equivalent to 5 USD/day/person).
- Travel insurance for guests who only buy land tours (no air tickets departing from Vietnam).
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (without separate bed)
- Children from over 2 years old to under 12 years old flying CZ, CA, MU or VJ airlines:
• 90% of tour price for adults (no separate bed).
• 100% of tour price for adults (with separate bed).
- Children 12 years and older: 100% of adult tour price.
- Please pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the tour price/person to reserve your seat. The remaining amount will be paid 7 days before departure (for weekday tours) and 21 days in advance (for tours during holidays).
- When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, items included and not included in the program, and tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not come directly to register for the tour but someone else comes to register, please carefully learn about the program from the person who registered for you.
- If you are an Overseas Vietnamese or Foreign guest and the Vietnam visa listed in your passport is a single-entry visa. You can make your own re-export visa to Vietnam by following the link https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/khai-thi-thuc-dien-tu/cap-thi-thuc-dien-tu
- If you have dual nationality or travel document (not yet naturalized), please notify the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).
- If you only carry a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and do not have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register to travel to a third country.
- If you register for a tour, please follow the group back on the tour ending date and do not separate from the group.
- If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa (can enter Vietnam multiple times) they must bring it with them when going on tour.
- If you request a single room, please pay the surcharge.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or family members over 18 years old. In case of traveling with family members, a power of attorney must be submitted with confirmation from the local government (authorized by Parents to take the tour).
- If you are pregnant, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Note that you must consult your doctor before going on a tour. Do not accept guests who are 5 months or more pregnant for guest safety reasons.
- Vietravel is exempted from liability in case the tour participant is refused or not allowed to enter or exit the country due to personal reasons, or problems arising from self-application for entry visa, use of ABTC (APEC) card, official or diplomatic passport when on tour, or in case your visa application is refused or prolonged by the competent authority.
- In case you need to separate the group, please notify the consultant immediately when registering for the tour, surcharge for group separation fee of 1,000,000 VND/day (Does not apply to cases of guests applying for a group visa - TEAM VISA does not separate the group).
- Guests 70 years old or older: must be accompanied by a relative under 55 years old (in good health). In addition, guests 75 years and older are encouraged to pay additional premium insurance (fee varies depending on tour). Restrictions on accepting guests aged 80 and over.
- If you are pregnant, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note that you must get a doctor's opinion before going on a tour (bilingual). Commit to taking responsibility for your health and that of your fetus throughout the duration of the travel program. Do not accept guests who are 5 months or more pregnant.
- Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
- Depending on the actual situation, the order of attractions in the program may change but still ensures all the attractions as at the beginning.
- Vietravel will not be responsible for ensuring attractions in the following cases:
+ Natural disasters occur: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics...
+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests
+ Aviation incidents: technical problems, security problems, flight departures, cancellations, delays.
If the above cases occur, Vietravel will consider refunding non-sightseeing costs to guests as possible (after deducting services performed such as visa fees... and is not responsible for compensating any other costs).
After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring your Tour Ticket or payment receipt to the tour registration office to complete the tour transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the costs according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of tour transfer/cancellation over the phone.
- For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already had a visa, please pay the visa fee.
- After depositing the tour and before Vietravel pays the visa fee: non-refundable cost is 2,000,000 VND (airline ticket deposit fee and fingerprint appointment with the application reception center).
- After Vietravel pays the visa fee: non-refundable fee is 4,000,000 VND.
- In case your visa is refused, the non-refundable fee is 4,000,000 VND
Tour cancellation conditions for weekdays
- If canceled or transferred to other travel routes 30 days before departure date: No cost.
- If canceling or switching to other tours 25-29 days before departure date: Tour transfer/cancellation cost is 50% of tour deposit.
- If canceling or switching to other tours 20-24 days before departure date: Tour transfer/cancellation cost is 100% of tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The tour cancellation cost is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is canceled within 14-19 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 50% of the tour price.
- If the tour is canceled within 10-13 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 70% of the tour price.
- If the tour is canceled within 02-09 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 90% of the tour price.
- If tour is canceled within 1 day before departure date: Tour cancellation cost is 100% of tour price.
* Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party due to force majeure (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, epidemic, postponement, rescheduling and cancellation of trips or other changes of public transport means or other force majeure events according to the law...), then both parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the losses that have occurred and will not bear any legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the injured party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
